How do your Bundle Subscriptions work?

You can customize the content & shipping date of each Bundle based on your needs. Unless you customize your delivery frequency, your Bundle will be shipped every four weeks.

How much does everything cost?

A membership to our Diapers & Wipes Bundle costs $79.95 per Bundle; our Essentials Bundle costs $35.95 per Bundle; our Health & Wellness Bundle costs $35.95 per Bundle; and, our Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle costs $119.95 per Bundle. (You’re not charged per month - only for the Bundles that ship to you!) Shipping and handling prices will vary based on the contents of your order and your shipping address.

Each bundle membership includes the ability to add up to 3 additional Honest products at a 25% discount off the Honest Shop price – this is an exclusive benefit of being an Honest subscriber! The selection of eligible items for add and save are subject to change and may differ per bundle type.

What if I'm afraid of commitment?

That's okay, there isn't one! We are totally committed to you, but you have no obligation to us. There’s no monthly membership fee; you're charged only for the Bundles that ship to you, and you have full control over the content & shipping date of each Bundle through your online account. Unless you customize your delivery frequency your Bundle will be shipped every four weeks. Are your products tested on animals?

No. The Honest Company has signed PETA’s Statement of Assurance, which states that we "do not conduct, contract out, or fund studies on animals in the development, manufacturing, testing, or marketing of our products, nor do we intend to do so." We are a licensee of PETA’s cruelty-free logo (which will soon be featured on our site and product labels) and are listed on PETA's website as well as in their Shopping Guide for Caring Consumers. In addition, The Honest Company supports the development and adoption of alternative, cruelty-free methods of safety testing.

What's in my Diapers & Wipes Bundle?

The Diapers & Wipes Bundle is a monthly supply (based on average use) of super-absorbent, eco-friendly, and stylish baby diapers. Each month, at about the same time, you'll receive your Diapers & Wipes Bundle sized perfectly for your child. Also included are 4 packs of our thick and absorbent, botanically infused Cheek to Cheek℠ wipes. Save 35% when purchasing our Diapers & Wipes Bundle Bundle versus purchasing Diapers and Wipes separately.

Each month, when you are enrolled in the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, you can go to your personalized Account page and click on your Bundle to select the size that's appropriate for your little one, select the designs you love most, and adjust your desired approximate shipping date, if needed.

How many diapers are included in a one-month supply?

We have done our absolute best to generously forecast your monthly diaper & wipes usage. Based on a ton of category research, hundreds of use cases, and insights from moms and dads just like you, we have taken into account many factors in determining the amount to include in a diapers Bundle. The most important of these factors being the average monthly usage of U.S. infants and children and the composition of our diaper and how well it does its job (holding your baby's business). We certainly understand that every situation is unique, so we added extra on top of the average amount in order to accommodate your child's needs as they grow and develop. If you don't have enough for a 30-day supply, you can move up the shipment date for your next Bundle. If you find yourself with a few too many, you can move back the shipment date for your next Bundle. You can also give your Honest Support team a chat or call at 1.888.862.8818 to discuss with us how to manage your diaper supply going forward. Unless you customize your delivery frequency, your Bundle will be shipped every four weeks.

There is a product limit of 1 of each item in the main Bundle shelf for the following items: Laundry Detergent, 4-in-1 Laundry Packs, Bug Spray, Healing Balm, and Sunscreen. The Aromatic Soy Candle, Healthy Child Healthy World, and The Honest Life are available only as Add-On items.

The Essentials Bundle membership includes the ability to add up to 3 additional products to each Bundle at a 25% discount off the Honest Shop price. There is no additional shipping & handling cost and the additional items will ship with your Bundle.

What’s in my Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle?

This Bundle includes certified Organic Premium Infant Formula with iron, providing complete nutrition with many ingredients sourced from organic farms, and sustainably sourced premium fish oil DHA.  

Your Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle includes 4 tubs of Formula and 1 bottle of Baby DHA. Every family's feeding needs are entirely unique, and often change as your baby grows. If you exclusively formula feed, the Bundle is approximately a 4 week supply. If you are combination feeding it could be longer. We include a calculator to help you figure out exactly how much Formula you use. You can always customize the frequency of you Bundle at any time so it's just perfect for what you need, when you need it.

The Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle membership includes the ability to add up to 3 additional products from any category to each Bundle at a 25% discount off the Honest Shop price. There is no additional shipping & handling cost and the additional items will ship with your Bundle.

What is a Discovery Kit?

The Discovery Kit is an easy way for you to experience a sample trial of our Bundles. You can receive a handful of Honest Diapers & Wipes and/or travel sizes of our Shampoo + Body WashLotionHealing BalmMulti-Surface Cleaner, and Hand Soap. The Discovery Kit is free and shipped conveniently to your doorstep (however, there is a small shipping and handling fee of $5.95). We also have an Organic Premium Formula trial that includes one 12oz. canister of Organic Premium Infant Formula for $7.95.

When you receive your Discovery Kit, you begin a 7-day trial membership with The Honest Company. If you enjoy the products in your Discovery Kit and do not cancel your membership within 7 days of receipt, we will automatically ship you the Bundle that corresponds to your selected samples and charge your credit card accordingly. Your Bundle shipments will continue automatically, every 4 weeks, until you either customize or cancel your membership. If, after receiving your Discovery Kit, you do not wish to purchase a full Bundle, you must chat or call Honest Support at 1.888.862.8818 (Monday - Friday 5AM - 5PM PST) within 7 days to cancel your membership. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without obligation.

Will the wheat in your diapers cause a reaction in my son if he has allergies and celiac disease?

To our knowledge, for individuals with Celiac Disease, gluten (found in wheat, rye, barley and contaminated oats) must be ingested - resulting in a variety of symptoms that vary from person to person. That being said, with regards to sensitivities, allergies and celiac disease, we recommend checking with your child's healthcare provider before using our diapers as they know their health history best and can provide valuable guidance.

MY ACCOUNT

I've received my Discovery Kit, now what?

Try it! And let us know what you think. You have 7 days from the day you receive the kit to enjoy our Honest products and decide if you're hooked! After 7 days, unless you have told us otherwise, we will ship your first full Bundle(s) of your selection directly to your doorstep and charge your credit card accordingly. We’ll send you a reminder before your first Bundle ships.

What is My Account?

After you become a member of The Honest Company, we create your very own, personalized Account page. Your Honest Account offers you the ability to select designs & sizing, modify shipping dates, mix new products into your Bundles, and access all the other details of your membership.

How do I sign up with Facebook?

Select the Facebook button and authorize Honest to access your basic profile and email. Honest will never post on without your permission. Once you confirm your information, your account will be created.

Why am I asked to confirm my name and email after I login to Facebook?

If you are new to Honest, we want to ensure that we have your preferred email on file to send communication including, but not limited, to emails related to your purchases. Update your email preferences at anytime in your My Account settings.

If you have an existing Honest account, please sign in with your Honest account email address and password and we will connect your accounts. If you connect your accounts, you will be able to login either via Facebook or email going forward.

What do I do if I logged in/signed up from Facebook and I no longer see my bundles?

If you do not see your order history or bundles you may have accidentally created a new account. Please chat or call Honest Support at 1.888.862.8818 Monday - Friday 5AM - 5PM (Pacific). We will never ask your password over the phone.

How do I update my Diaper size, styles, and ship date?

After you join, we will create a personalized Account page you can access by logging into your account at Honest.com. Here, you will be able to update your baby's weight and diaper size, select new styles, and advance or delay your next shipment to your exact specifications.

What if I don't update new diaper styles or products for my next Bundle?

If you don't update your diaper style preferences before it is time for us to process your next Bundle, you will receive a similar combination of the selections as you chose for the previous Diapers & Wipes Bundle, subject to availability.

If you don't mix-and-match new products in your Essentials Bundle or Health & Wellness Bundle before it is time for us to process your next Bundle, we will ship you the same product selection that you previously chose, subject to availability. Unless you customize your delivery frequency, your Bundle will be shipped every four weeks.

If you don't update your delivery frequency before it's time for us to process your next Bundle, you will receive your Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle at the specified frequency, subject to availability.

Can I choose more than one Bundle per month?

Of course! If you want more than one, you can easily order the additional bundles as you go through the checkout process. It will show up on your Account page if you decide to use the same login/account information. You will be charged $35.95 for each additional Essentials Bundle, $35.95 for each additional Health & Wellness Bundle, $79.95 for each additional Diapers & Wipes Bundle you purchase, or $119.95 for each additional Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. Shipping will be FREE when you buy multiple Bundles with the same account.

Can I skip a month?

Bottom-line: We want you to be happy. Chat or call Honest Support at 1.888.862.8818 (Monday - Friday 5AM - 5PM PST) and we will work with you to find the best solution. Maybe that means advancing or delaying your shipment. Maybe that means mixing in new products or deleting ones that are not your favorite. But regardless, our goal is to delight you and we want to make sure that happens.

How do I cancel my Honest Company membership?

It's our ultimate goal to make your life a little better, so before you cancel, we'd love to know how we can keep you in the family. And we don't mean that in a creepy or clingy way – we just want to be good to our community. Please call or email us anytime to offer your insights, thoughts, or criticisms – and we'll do everything we can to make it right. However, if you do wish to cancel, you may do so at any time and there is no cancellation fee.

How do orders ship?

We currently work with DHL, FedEx and OnTrac as our shipping carriers.

How much does it cost to ship the Discovery Kit?

It costs $5.95 to ship our Discovery Kit to any shipping address in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii!) and that's regardless of whether you pick diapers, essentials, or both!

How much does it cost to ship a monthly Bundle?

Well, it depends...

  • If your shipping address is within the contiguous United States, you pay $5.95 for the Essentials Bundle and Health & Wellness Bundle. If you include additional items in your Bundle and the total is over $50, shipping is free. If your shipping address is within the contiguous United States and you purchase the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle, or multiple Bundles—good news—shipping is FREE!
  • If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping is $29.95 for the Essentials Bundle, $14.95 for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. We’ll discount your shipping $5.95 per Bundle if you have multiple Bundles or if the order total is over $50! (Sorry, we can't waive the shipping and handling charges for you quite yet.)
  • If you live in Canada, shipping is $5.95 for each Bundle, with an additional 25% international surcharge (see Canada section below for details).

How much does it cost to ship items purchased from the shop?

If your shipping address is within the contiguous United States:

  • Shipping & handling is $5.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.
  • Shipping & handling is $5.95 for the Essentials Bundle and Health & Wellness Bundle. Shipping is free for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle and Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. If you order multiple Bundles—good news—shipping is FREE for all of your Bundles!

If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii:

  • Shipping & handling is $14.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item but you will receive a $5.95 discount.
  • Shipping & handling is $29.95 for the Essentials Bundle, $14.95 for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle.

  • An international surcharge of 25% will be applied to the subtotal of every order shipped to Canada.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a $29.95 shipping and handling fee for the Essentials Bundle, $14.95 for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 shipping and handling fee for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 shipping and handing fee for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. This charge covers the additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations. If you have multiple Bundles, we’ll discount the shipping by $5.95 per Bundle!

Do you ship to other U.S. territories?

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We are extremely excited to have recently made our products available to our service members with APO/FPO/DPO addresses around the globe. We're offering free shipping for a limited time, excluding Free Trial/Discovery Kit products and select Collective Items, including the stroller and 4-in-1 Convertible Crib. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Terms of Free Shipping offer subject to change. Note: Due to carrier regulations, certain items cannot be shipped to some locations, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We are extremely excited to have recently made our products available to our Canadian customers. Estimated shipping time ranges from 4-10 days. Note, due to Canadian regulations, we can ship vitamins and products with active ingredients (like non-nano zinc oxide in our sunscreen) but we cannot ship more than a 90-day supply (usually 3 vitamin bottles) per shipment or Organic Premium Infant Formula. All purchases must be for personal use only.

Why do I pay an International Surcharge?

We charge an international surcharge to cover the additional cost to serve our international customers, including shipping and taxes. Please note: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, but currently we do not ship overseas. We will try to change this in the future!

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed you can easily track its status in your Account page. You can also do this by clicking on Order History in the dropdown and selecting the order you wish to track. After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. For all Honest orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.

Why am I unable to ship certain items via 2-day or standard overnight shipping?

Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, items that contain regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2-Day, Standard Overnight). This will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. Among the products with FAA restrictions are the following: Deodorant, Hand Sanitizer 8 oz., Hand Sanitizer 2-pack, Hand Sanitizer Spray, Glass + Window Cleaner, Glass + Window Cleaner Concentrate, Oxy Boost, and Sunscreen Spray.

PAYMENT

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or Monopoly money as payment.

When will my card be charged?

We will charge your card on the date your order is set to process. For all Honest orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. (Reminder: You have full control over this date so you never have to stockpile up on products or pay for products you don’t need quite yet.) In the event your credit card or debit card is declined when we process your charge, we will continue to attempt to process your charge during the month until the transaction is approved. We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do exchanges work?

If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we'll happily accommodate you under our Good Faith exchange policy. Our team will immediately ship out the product you'd like, and give you up to 10 business days to return the product with which you were not satisfied. (Please note: as with returns, exchanges are subject to a restocking fee).

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada:

Exchanges are allowed and you will be charged an additional shipping charge. Please contact us to coordinate this.

How do I make an exchange or return?

It's simple — call us and we'll get you started. We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if not, we'll take care of it. Please chat or call us at 1.888.862.8818.

How long will my exchange or return take?

Return ground shipping can take up to 7 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is covered under The Honest Guarantee. It's simple — if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 365 days of you receiving the product and they are subject to a restocking fee of $6.95 ($9.95 for a Diapers & Wipes Bundle or Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle).

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii:

You may return your order at your own expense with no restocking fee. Please contact us to coordinate this.

If you live in Canada:

Please contact our customer service department and we will create a solution for you.

Note, at this time, gift Bundles are non-refundable.

Can I choose what kind of emails I want to receive?

Of course. We know that sometimes you want it all, and sometimes less is more. To manage your email preferences, simply sign in, choose My Account, and select the Email Preferences link. Uncheck any boxes next to types of emails you wish to stop receiving from us. Alternatively, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions included in all emails sent from The Honest Company.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you have a friend referral program?

Yes! You can earn $20 Honest Credit for each new friend that makes a qualified first purchase. Your friend must be new to both The Honest Company and Honest Beauty. Go to our Invites page to get started! We are sincerely thankful for your efforts to share The Honest Company experience with your family and friends. The bigger this dream becomes, the better it is for everyone!

Can I buy your items and re-sell them in my store?

Thanks for your enthusiasm for sharing our products! Currently, we don't have a re-sale system in place and would prefer to have people buy directly from us. You see, we love personally interacting with all of our customers and this relationship is essential to the development of new and better products, as well as to building the Honest movement in general.
