What subscription types do you have?

We have five subscription options to help meet your needs. Click through our subscriptions below!

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Yes, you can put your subscription on hold in My Bundles by clicking the calendar icon. Your subscription can be put on hold for up to 8 weeks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel, you can do so online anytime in My Account under Account Settings. Below the Subscriptions section, click "Cancel Subscription" for the subscription type you are looking to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled.

How do I ensure I get the prints I selected?

We always do our best to accommodate each member's print preferences, but keep in mind, prints are subject to availability. We recommend our members choose as many prints as they like, as our orders will be fulfilled based on inventory at the warehouse. You can view all available prints by clicking on a preferred size here.

How do I edit products, prints, or sizes in my subscription?

You can edit your subscription online by clicking "Edit Bundle" in My Bundles. You can mix and match products, split sizes and diaper type, and customize diaper prints for each shipment.

How does the trial of the Diapers & Wipes subscription work?

Our sample of Diapers & Wipes is done through our seven day trial program here. Pay only $5.95 for shipping and handling and receive seven Honest Diapers and one pack of ten count Wipes. Once your trial is delivered, you have seven days to customize, delay, or cancel online before you are automatically enrolled in our recurring monthly subscription, at which point, you can cancel online at any time.

How does the trial of the Formula subscription work?

We offer a sample of Organic Premium Infant Formula for $7.95 USD, and shipping and handling is free. Once your trial is delivered, you have seven days to customize, delay, or cancel online before you are automatically enrolled in our recurring monthly subscription, at which point, you can cancel online at any time. At this time, we do not offer a sample of our Sensitive Organic Infant Formula.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

Once your order has processed, you can track its status in My Account under Order History by clicking "Track Order". Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

When can I expect my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-8 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

Note: Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 8 weeks.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada (for certain products only). We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services, or PO Boxes. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

How do I get free shipping?

Any order over $50 shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

How much does it cost to ship to an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or APO/FPO?

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a $29.95 shipping and handling fee for the Essentials Bundle and Honest Box, $14.95 shipping and handling for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 shipping and handling fee for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 shipping and handling fee for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. If you have multiple Bundles, we’ll discount the shipping by $5.95 per Bundle. For a shop order, shipping and handling is $14.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

If you live in Canada, shipping is $5.95 for each Bundle, with an additional international surcharge that is 25% of the order subtotal. For a shop order, shipping & handling is $5.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will receive free shipping.

 

Why does Canada pay an international surcharge?

We charge an international surcharge to cover the additional cost to serve our international customers, including shipping and taxes. Please note: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We currently ship with UPS, UPS SurePost, and Canadian Post.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, items that contain regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2-Day, Standard Overnight).

Due to Canadian regulations we cannot currently ship Infant Formula, Vitamins, and Honest Beauty products to Canada at this time.

Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

 

MY ORDERS

How do I track my order?

MY ACCOUNT

How do I cancel my subscription?

How can I edit my shipping address?

All shipping address changes can be made in My Account under Address Book. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address to your Address Book.

How can I edit my billing information?

Any changes to your billing information can be made in My Account under Billing Information. You will have the option to edit your current form of payment, add a new card, and change your default payment method.

Where can I find my processing or past orders?

You can access processing or past orders in My Account under Order History.

Can I choose what type of emails I want to receive?

Any updates to your Email Preferences can be made in My Account under Account Settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by changing your Email Preferences or clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of marketing emails you receive.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

It's simple — if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 365 days of you receiving the product.

How do I return my order?

You can initiate a return online in My Account under Returns.

When will I see my refund?

For domestic returns, ground shipping can take up to 8 business days depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.

How do I get a new return label?

Existing return labels can be accessed for 30 days by following these steps:

1. Go to Returns under My Account

2. Below Recent Returns select View Return

3. On the Return Details Page click View Shipping Label

Can I return an Honest product purchased at a retail location through Honest.com?

All purchases made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase.

PAYMENT & GIFT CARDS

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major US Credit Cards and PayPal in checkout.

How do I edit my Billing Information?

Any changes to your billing information can be made in My Account under Billing Information. You will have the option to edit your current form of payment, add a new card, and change your default payment method.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order ships. An authorization hold will be placed on your card when your order processes to validate funds.

In the event your card is declined when we process your order, we will continue to attempt to process your charge during the month until the transaction is approved. We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

 

How do I redeem a Gift Card or Account Credit?

You can redeem a Gift Card under the Gift section. Any valid account credit will be automatically applied to your order. You can check your credit balance in My Account under Credits.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax varies depending on where you live and what items you purchase. We take this into account when figuring out the amount of tax charged on an order.

PROMOTIONS & REFERRALS

Do you have a Referral Program?

Yes, you can invite your friends to our Referral Program in My Account under Invite Friends, Earn $20. The individual you refer must be new to The Honest Company with a different billing and shipping address. You can earn $20 in account credit for each new friend that makes a qualified Shop or Subscription purchase.

Can I combine Promotion Codes?

Unfortunately, promotion codes cannot be combined.

What if my Promotion Code is expired?

We're sorry to hear you missed the time frame for your promotion. We cannot redeem expired promotion codes but we encourage you to keep an eye on your email for upcoming promotions.
