Kick off the New Year with this Spa Smoothie

SPA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 serving vanilla pea protein powder (or plain protein powder)

¼ -½ avocado

1 small Persian cucumber (or ½ cup peeled English cucumber)

Handful of spinach

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Juice of ½ a lemon

Optional1 teaspoon turmeric + small pinch black pepper

Instructions

Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
