What do you love most about working at Honest?

If you ever step foot through The Honest Company’s doors, you’ll be we welcomed by someone awesome. Soon, you’ll start to notice that it’s not just the front desk, it’s everyone. Hands down, the number one reason I love working at Honest is the people and the camaraderie we share. These people are not only some of the nicest people you will ever meet, but they are always motivated, willing to help, and not afraid to think against the norm.

What is your favorite Honest product?

Wipes. I don’t have kids just yet, but our wipes seriously rock. I remember when I first heard we like to call them our “cheek to cheek” wipes, I laughed. But it is so true!! One moment I’m using them to clean my face and the next I’m using them to clean up coffee I just spilled in my car on my way to babysitting where I’m of course going to use them on the kiddos. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, we launched our 3-in-1 Facial Towelettes and Wet Floor Mopping Pads. I think it is safe to say we are onto something with our products that wipe…

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

Other than the day I was hired, my most memorable Honest moment was hands down the entire period that I was on crutches in the office. People were there for me before I could even ask for help — bringing oatmeal to my desk, driving me to work, moving an entire meeting from the 2nd to the 1st floor just so I could attend, and simply just asking me how my recovery was going.

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

Let’s just say, there is an Honest product in sight wherever you look in my house and car. I even bought one of our diaper bags to use as my work bag. Honest products are cute. They work. And they're safe. It can't get any better than that.

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

If I wasn’t at work I would be driving to or from work, spending time with family and friends, breaking a sweat, or probably cooking. I have this recipe book that I have been compiling and I don’t think I will ever stop. I’m just fascinated with trying to recreate dishes from my favorite restaurants or whipping together my own. I also learn by trial and error — can’t tell you how many times I have made mistakes.
