Then use the eyebrow pencil to fill them in starting from the fullest part of your brow and using angled and feathery strokes in the direction of hair growth to the tail. Pay extra attention to the sparse areas to help define the perfect brow shape. Finish with the eyebrow brush once again to blend the pigment to a smooth, natural finish. For best results and optimal precision, ensure you sharpen the pencil in between uses.
