The addition of chia seed pudding gives your usual acai bowl a hearty update that makes it great for breakfast, or any time of day. Let your littles get creative with whatever toppings they love best!
BERRY BREAKFAST BOWL
Ingredients
Chia Seed Pudding
2 cups homemade almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup (or less) maple syrup
Acai Bowl
3 frozen bananas
2 teaspoons acai powder or 1 packet of frozen acai (unsweetened)
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Suggested Toppings
Bananas, frozen fruits, granola of choice
