Simply choose your desired items and delivery frequency, and we'll take care of the rest. Plus, you'll save 5% on every item and only be charged when your order ships.

We'll send you friendly email reminders before each order ships, so you're always in control. And if you need to make any changes to your subscription, no worries! You can easily adjust your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity at any time from 'My Subscriptions' in your account.

You can start your subscription while browsing on a product page or even while reviewing items in your shopping cart. Simply select the 'Subscribe To Save' option and choose your preferred shipment frequency before adding the item to your cart. Then, just check out as normal and you're all set!

We understand that things come up and plans change. That's why we offer a variety of ways to delay your next shipment through your Subscriptions homepage. Here are a couple of options you can choose from:

  • If you need to skip a month, simply select "Skip Order" from your Subscriptions page. The system will automatically skip that month's bundle and update your next processing date according to your selected frequency.
  • If you need a longer delay, you can choose "Change Date" and postpone your next shipment for up to 90 days.
And to make sure you always have plenty of time to make changes before your order processes, we offer subscription reminders via email. That way, you can feel confident that you'll always receive your bundles when it's most convenient for you.

We want to make things as convenient as possible for you when it comes to your Honest products! If you have multiple subscription items with the same order date, shipping, and billing address, we'll automatically ship them together in one package. This means less packaging and fewer deliveries, while still getting all your favorite items when you need them.

If you have multiple subscription items and want them shipped together in the same order, simply visit the Subscriptions section of your Honest account and adjust the next order dates to match the processing dates of your other subscriptions.

Awesome question! You can head over to the Subscriptions section of your account, where you can make a variety of changes, such as:

  • Selecting a new order date that works better for you
  • Skipping an order if you're all stocked up
  • Selecting how often you'd like to receive your bundles
  • Editing the items in your bundle to suit your current needs
And don't worry about forgetting to make changes before your order processes - we'll send you helpful subscription reminders via email or push notifications through our Honest app. That way, you'll always have plenty of time to make any adjustments you need.

Absolutely! Adding items to your upcoming order is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Make sure you're logged into your Honest account.
  • Go to the item's page that you want to add.
  • Select any specific product details and options.
  • When prompted, choose to add the item to your next scheduled delivery.
  • Click the 'Add to Upcoming Order' button.

You may cancel your subscription(s) at any time. To cancel your subscription(s), you can do so online at any time (in your account settings) or by calling Honest Support at 1.888.862.8818 Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm PST (PST), Fridays 7:00 am – 3:00 pm PST.

To cancel online, simply select the ellipses on the subscription you'd like to cancel in the subscriptions manager, choose "Cancel Subscription", and let us know the reason for the cancellation.

Just a heads up - before you cancel, be sure to delete any free gifts or add-ons to make sure nothing is automatically processed. Once you've completed these steps, you'll receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been successfully canceled. If you ever change your mind, you can always restart your subscription at any time.
