Passionate people producing eco-friendly, pure products — sounds a bit like The Honest Company, but we’re actually talking about Superfood Coffee Co. They officially launched on November 1st, 2014, so we’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our new favorite entrepreneurial stories. Superfood Coffee Co. is focused on providing the healthiest alternatives to traditional beverages, specifically coffee and superfood-based products. Each product is free of artificial colors, sweeteners, and additives; you’re left with just the good stuff!

There are currently 6 varieties of Superfood Coffee blends; each pairs either a Peruvian or Colombian-grown coffee with two other superfoods. All ingredients are ethically sourced from local, sustainable growers all over the world, including farmers from places like Thailand, Indonesia, and Chile. There is a focus on both nutritional content and unique flavor; with profiles ranging from berry and exotic to earthy and woody, there is truly something for every palate. You can buy their blends a la carte, or subscribe to a monthly subscription for added convenience.

Started by a husband and wife team, seen here with me at Honest HQ, this family business thinks of the world as one big family — they hold their products and themselves to the highest standards. As if wanting to innovate the coffee in your cup wasn’t enough, Superfood Coffee Co. is also focused on doing good. They want to improve the health of others with the best approach to your daily drinking ritual, while having as little impact on the environment as possible. Each product is minimally processed and served in a recyclable glass package.
