Game Day: Deviled Eggs, 3 Ways!

1. Classic Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Fresh lemon juice

Kosher salt to taste

1 teaspoon pickle relish

Ground paprika

Instructions

Halve eggs and remove the yolks. In a small bowl, mix the yolks with the mayo, dijon mustard, a tiny squeeze of lemon juice, and salt to taste. Next, mix in the pickle relish until combined and creamy. Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk mixture and pipe into the halved egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for a touch of color and flavor.

2. Bacon Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Fresh lemon juice

Kosher salt to taste

2-3 slices of bacon

Fresh green onions, chopped

Instructions

Use the classic deviled egg recipe, but instead of adding the relish, mix in chopped bacon and green onions. Mash together, then pipe into the halved eggs whites. Reserve a few pieces of bacon for garnish.

3. Sriracha Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Fresh lime (or lemon) juice

Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

Halve eggs and remove yolks. In a small bowl, mix the yolks with the mayo, Sriracha, dijon mustard, and a tiny squeeze of lime juice. Season with a little bit of salt and mash together. Fill a piping bag with the egg yolk mixture and pipe into the halved egg whites. Garnish with a sprinkle of green onions.

Honest Tip: Substitute a piping bag with a plastic zip-top bag. Fill with mixture, snip off the corner, then get to piping!
