Honest Thanksgiving: Easy Baked Brie

With a new baby at home this holiday season, I’ve decided to keep things simple. This baked brie is so easy to throw together and can go in the oven while the rest of your Thanksgiving dinner is cooking too. Feel free to finish with the suggested toppings, or make it your own with whatever you like best. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy!

Easy Baked Brie with Orange, Pomegranate & Pecans


Brie Cheese Wheel

Orange Marmalade

Dried Orange Slices

Pomegranate Seeds

Chopped Pecans

Sliced baguette

Fresh rosemary sprigs


  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place brie wheel on top. Use a knife to score the top of the cheese.
  2. Bake at 350º F for 15 minutes.
  3. Top with orange marmalade, dried orange slices, pomegranate seeds and chopped pecans.
  4. Serve with a fresh, sliced baguette and a few sprigs of rosemary for garnish.
