Super Spinach Shamrock Shake

Super Spinach Shamrock Shake

Happy (almost) St. Patrick's Day! Go ahead and indulge in this delightful Shamrock Shake from our friends at Foodstirs. The sweet treat is naturally green and full of nutrients to keep your little leprechauns healthy.

Worried that your kids aren’t getting enough greens? This Healthy Shamrock Shake is a great way to sneak some all-natural goodness into a tasty treat. Plus, it’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

This shake is loaded with fiber-rich spinach, which helps you feel satiated and also provides you with a number of heart-friendly vitamins including A, C, and folate. While spinach is full of health benefits, we know that not everyone will love the taste. Choose sweeter citrus fruits, like mango and pineapple, to help cut the bitterness of the spinach. This Shamrock Shake also calls for coconut water, which provides hydration and has more potassium than four bananas!

Kids Can Help:

  • Measure the ingredients.
  • Add ingredients to the blender.
