Dairy-free Grilled Cheese Sandwich

 

Ingredients - Use Organic Options When Possible

*Serves 1

  • 3 slices cheese (e.g., Go Veggie! Vegan Cheese, Vegan Cashew Cheese, or skim-milk mozzarella if your diet allows)
  • 2 slices gluten-free bread
  • 1 Tbsp. organic hummus

Cooking Directions

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place one slice of bread on the hot skillet, top with hummus and cheese slices and other piece of bread. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
