Here at Honest we’re committed to helping build healthy, safe families — from our loyal customers, to those reached by our social goodness platform, to our own family of Honest employees. We’re still a young company with a lot of work to do, but we’re doing our best! In light of recent growth, we are pleased to announce that as of January 1st, 2016 our employee benefits will be getting even better with the extension of the paid leave allowance for all new parents — 16 weeks maternity leave and 8 weeks paternity leave. We believe our new parental leave policy is one of the best policies offered and we're thrilled to be able to do this for our dedicated employees.

We’re a family brand, and many of us are parents ourselves, so this new policy just makes sense. By extending our family leave policy, we’re not only providing direct support for our employees through this important time, but we’re investing in our own future as a company.
