Why do you love working at Honest?

I love working here for so many reasons, but really what motivates me and makes me happy everyday are my amazing co-workers. Working with people who are passionate, energetic, smart, genuine, and fun everyday is such a treat. Even though we all work really hard, I can't remember a day when I'm not laughing at something (or someone) at work. I remember last year for Halloween, a group of co-workers dressed up as Star Wars characters and it was so much fun. Because I'm short, I got mistaken for Yoda!

What is your favorite Honest product?

The multi-surface cleaner. I don't always clean, but when I do, I use the Honest multi-surface cleaner. It smells wonderful (like fresh grapefruit and not like chemicals), it can be used everywhere, and it never leaves a residue. I'm so glad I found a cleaner that's both non-toxic and effective.

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

Every day is an adventure at Honest. My most memorable moment was when we achieved an important order shipment milestone at the warehouse. Achieving this goal took the entire fulfillment team working diligently and collaboratively toward a common goal for months. It was memorable to me because I was happy to see delighted customers and motivated employees after the goal was accomplished.

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

My husband and I try to eat healthy and organic foods. I don't like eating vegetables and I don't have too much time to cook, so the Vitamix blender that we bought several years ago was one of the best purchases ever. We use it to make soups and smoothies, including my daily breakfast smoothie, the "Green Giant," which has apples, bananas, blueberries, and spinach.

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

Hiking, beach biking, watching movies, dining out, traveling, and playing with my cats. When my husband and I first moved to Los Angeles four years ago, we were totally overwhelmed, but over time we've really fallen in love with everything the city offers, especially the outdoor fun and awesome food. Our most recent weekend routines include hiking and picnicking in Pacific Palisades, and biking from Marina del Rey to Manhattan Beach and eating at Manhattan Beach Post.
