What do you love most about working at Honest?

My favorite thing about working at The Honest Company is all of the free food. Ha! Seriously, while I do appreciate the generosity of our founders, it is my colleagues and the community that motivate me to uphold our standards day-in and day-out. I am humbled by working alongside some of the greatest minds our industry has to offer — all the while benefitting from great friends, strong culture, a solid mission, and an endless supply of breakfast bars.

What is your favorite product?

My favorite product (currently) is the Bergamot Sage Deodorant spray. It's amazing! It smells great, lasts forever, and actually works!! I'd recommend it for even the most active lifestyle.

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

There is one moment in particular that stands out to me when asked this question: my first 1-on-1 meeting back when I joined this company. I remember feeling very discouraged by some issues at hand, being so new, and I was really looking for some words of encouragement. The sincerity and knowledge with which my problems were addressed was astounding, and inspiring to say the least. More than a year later, I still bring myself back to that day whenever I'm looking for a little boost. (Thank you always, Lindsey!)

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

This is an easy one! As a huge fan of our Aromatic Soy Candle, I regularly keep one lit in my bathroom at home. It smells great, burns bright, and creates a beautiful ambience for hours on end.

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

Honestly, sitting on my balcony catching some sun with a glass of rosé. This is California, no? You might also catch me at El Matador Beach (where I married the man of my dreams last year!), Bouchon Bakery, or enjoying vegan noms at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood. See you there!
