What is the most surprising thing you've learned while working at Honest?

It's gotta be the people. Creating a lifestyle brand with such a significant commitment to integrity brings in the best and the brightest. More than co-workers — they are friends; people I can talk with, bounce ideas off of, and even be honest with when I cheat on my juice cleanse (pizza). We're all after one goal, and having that brings unity.

What is your favorite product?

Multi-surface cleaner. I use this stuff everywhere, hence the name. It's kind of the cure-all in terms of keeping the house tidy. If the counter is clean, everything else seems to follow suit.

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

Walking around the office toward the latter half of November and everyone seeming to resemble Tom Selleck…  #Movember. Also, I would kick myself if I didn't mention Aloha Fridays.

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

Being a part of this company, I've definitely become much more conscious of leading a healthy lifestyle and realizing the importance of doing so. Living outdoors on the weekend, exercising, and keeping active. And not only physical health...relational health as well. Values emphasized in company culture help me to see the wealth in maintaining healthy relationships with family and friends.

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

Seeing the world. Growing up in Southern California, I've yet to experience leaving the bubble. Some things I’d like to do (in no particular order) include: Sail the Mediterranean from end to end; see Venezuela's Angel Falls; climb Table Mountain in South Africa; and have a cocktail at the top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
