What do you love most about working at Honest?

Everyday I am especially mindful of how lucky I am to work with such amazing, passionate and intelligent people who are all supportive of each other. Being able to work alongside such dedicated people is invaluable. We have an Honestly Speaking wall at the office, covered with letters and stories about how much Honest has impacted people’s lives. This wall is a reminder to me of how our hard work impacts people out in the world. I go to work everyday and appreciate that I love what I do because this kind of company is pretty hard to find.

What is your favorite product?

As long as I can remember I have struggled with vitamins, so it’s been a constant battle being able to find one that doesn’t make me sick. With food, without food, with lots of water, morning, noon, night…didn't matter. Not anymore, I have been taking Honest vitamins since we launched Health & Wellness. Happy to report, I haven’t had any problems!

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

My first volunteer event with Honest. We volunteered at the Garden School Foundation, which is dedicated to providing an interdisciplinary program of education through garden-based learning in outdoor living classrooms. Walking up to a large courtyard covered in weeds, I knew there was a lot of work to be done. Without hesitation, everyone pulled up their sleeves, grabbed their gardening utensil, applied Honest sunscreen, and got to work. It was both educational and humbling, but the best part was being able to see the success of our hard work at the Garden School Foundation’s Fiesta de la Huerta. I must say it’s so much fun working together to support the community.

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

I try to create a safe home by making non-toxic cleaning products a priority. Growing up my sister struggled with asthma and myself with allergies, so my mom had to make sure to clean without harsh chemical, additives, perfumes, etc. that being said, most of my household is Honest and we love it!

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

Spending time with family and friends, hopefully while being outdoors. I love running, playing beach volleyball, hiking—all great ways I like to have fun with the people I love. I’m also a big sports fan, especially growing up in Los Angeles, so whatever sport: soccer, basketball, football, baseball, hockey, etc.—I’m game!
