What do you love most about working at Honest?

This will sound VERY familiar—the people and culture are what I love most about Honest. We have an amazing team of inspired folks and it's a pleasure to come to the office and work alongside them. It's also tremendously fulfilling to work for something I believe in and for a company that aims to make the world a better place. I feel fortunate to be a small part of what we're doing.

What is your favorite product?

I love so many Honest products but my current fav is our hand sanitizer spray. It goes with me everywhere. I love that the scent isn't obnoxious like other gels I've tried. A close second is our wipes—prior to working at Honest I didn't give much thought to my big brand wipes' ingredients but that has all changed now. :)

What is your most memorable Honest moment?

The culture at Honest is one-of-a-kind so I have a new memorable moment about once a month. We recently participated in a "Holidays From the Heart" program at Children's Hospital Los Angeles where each employee sponsored a family in need. Our adopted family of eight had a premature daughter in the NICU at CHLA. My twin daughters were also premature and I remember what a trying time that was when you just want to bring your new baby home. The notion that we could brighten their holidays with some gifts and essentials was beyond rewarding.

How do you embrace the Honest lifestyle at home?

My cabinets are stocked with every Honest product we sell and I try to keep my home as toxin-free as possible. I buy locally grown, organic produce and will attempt to start a garden this spring—fingers crossed I quickly develop a green thumb! I have 3.5-year-old twin daughters, so I try to set an example for them by eating healthy, conserving water, thinking globally, living responsibly, and doing my best to show them how to take care of themselves and the world around them.

If you weren't at work, what would you be doing?

As a working mom, I cherish the time I get to spend with my daughters, Ella and Hadley and my husband, Erick, so my free time is often quality family time. I love to read books with my girls and play, play, play. I also live and breathe online so I have a few side businesses with my husband. We're currently redesigning our pet community website, Cuteness.com. I also love pilates, yoga, reading, traveling, lotsa music, good TV, some bad TV, and sleeeeeeeping—I think I remember what sleeping is!
