At the Park! Plank with a Knee Curl

For today's Workout Wednesday we headed to the park! Follow the steps below for a core-burning exercise you can do at the playground, alongside your little ones.

Benefits: This fun exercise will challenge your core muscles — feel the burn! It will help strengthen your upper body and work your inner thighs.

Step 1:

Place your hands on the floor then place your feet and secure in the seat of the swing. Make sure your hands are directly under your shoulders. Legs straight.

Step 2:

Pull your knees towards your chest while lifting your hips. Keep your legs together. Look towards your knees to keep your spine aligned. Repeat 10 to 12 times.

Honest Tip:  Keep your legs squeezed together the entire time. It will help you balance and stabilize your body throughout the movement.
