Easy seated pose strengthens your back and spine while stretching your ankles, knees, and feet. It promotes peace and mental clarity. Combined with breath work this pose battles stress and anxiety.

Honest Tip:

Just because easy in in the title does not mean this pose is easy for everyone. If it challenges you, sit up on a folded up blanket or yoga block while keeping your core engaged to protect your low back.
