Honest Tip: In an effort to get full extension, people often make the mistake of letting the hip of your back leg tilt forward and slide back resulting in a backbend. Instead, do your best to keep your hips square and use your core to lift your frontal hip points up protecting your back and deepening your hamstring stretch.
