2012: Together We Made a Difference

We created The Honest Company because we care passionately about helping all families. To us, the most important thing was building a company committed to social responsibility, contributing to a bigger mission beyond business, and working to better protect children and the planet. That's why with every product you purchase, we donate product, money, and time to charitable organizations addressing critical health and social issues affecting children and families.

This year, our charitable partner is Baby2Baby. Baby2Baby supplies Los Angeles families in need with essential baby items, including diapers, and clothing for children up to age 12. By distributing new and gently used items to over 40 non-profit partner organizations, Baby2Baby reaches over 50,000 children a year. Many of the children the charity serves are at risk of entering the foster care system because they don’t have a safe place to sleep at home. Other families they support are struggling with choosing between food and diapers, escaping domestic violence, or overcoming homelessness. Baby2Baby ultimately helps these families stay together for the well being of their children, empowering them to stay on their feet and reach their goals.

Simply put, we think Baby2Baby is awesome. Which is why in 2012 we’ve actively supported their mission of helping give all children a safe and healthy start. Most recently, we had the privilege of delivering a truckload of basic necessities—diapers, wipes, personal care, and household cleaning products—for families just in time for the holidays. This would not have been possible without the support of our dedicated customers like you.
