Q+A with Brittne Lopez

Q+A with Brittne Lopez

We sat down with fashion and lifestyle blogger @lopezbrit. Here's a sneak peak into her Honest faves and beauty tips + tricks!

What are some of your favorite Honest beauty products and why?

Brittne: There are so many to choose from (I’m a fan of clean beauty!) but I love all the products in the 'No Makeup Makeup Kit.’ I work from home so anything that can help me look put together but not too put together in a quick, easy way is a winner in my book!

What are your game-changing beauty tips + tricks?

Brittne: Find a routine that works for YOU and stick to it! Beauty products are not one size fits all so even if a product is a “cult favorite” doesn’t mean it would work for you. Also, start a routine that fits your lifestyle so you can keep up with it like if you’re a busy gal, keep it short and sweet. (P.S. If you’re reading this and you’re not using SPF everyday, this is your sign.)

What does sustainability mean to you?

Brittne: Sustainability to me means just consuming what you need and doing what you can to help protect the environment for future generations. Every single act truly matters–like bringing a reusable bag when shopping or opting in electronic bills/receipts—and nothing is considered a small deed in saving Mother Nature.

What’s one Honest product you won’t leave the house without?

Brittne: It would definitely be the Tinted Lip Balm. I always have some sort of lip product in my purse and I love how this provides moisture with a hint of color.

What’s your morning ritual?

Brittne: I usually start my morning by checking my calendar and writing my goals for the day. Whether it’s going to a workout class, finishing deadlines for work, or just doing errands, I list them all down to make sure I don’t miss anything and stay on track with my schedule. (I’m a Virgo—can you tell?)
