PICKLED ONION AVOCADO TOAST

Ingredients

Whole wheat bread

½ an avocado, sliced

Salt and pepper

Pickled red onions

Goat Cheese

Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

On a slice of bread, evenly spread the avocado then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add pickled onions, goat cheese and pumpkin seeds, then dig in.
