A Message from The Honest Company

Labeling updates are common in the marketplace from time to time and as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we wanted to update you on a transition we recently made on our packaging.

The Honest Company recently made a label change to our Dish Soap bottles to eliminate a small inconsistency between physical fill volume and labeled fill volume.

As soon as we became aware of this matter, we immediately took the following steps:

1. We asked our direct retailers and distributors to remove ALL units of Dish Soap that were on shelves, in warehouses and on their e-commerce platforms. 
2. We revised the label on all Dish Soap bottles.
3. We sent out replacement inventory to our retail partners and ensured that all inventory sold on honest.com was correctly labeled.

We’re also making other changes and improvements to our cleaning products that we think you’ll be excited about.
