Honest Gives Back: The Season of Giving & Gratitude

We believe that together, we can make it better —  this holiday season we’re excited to work together to support the communities and causes we care about most.

Through our Season of Giving and Gratitude program for Honest employees, we’re making sure the holidays reach those families that might otherwise go without. We’ve set the bar high with a company-wide goal to give $88,000 in donations, product supplies and volunteer time. And, we’re doubling down! For every monetary donation made by an employee, Honest will match it - up to $1,200 per employee. To track our progress, and celebrate every step of the way, we’ve transformed our Honest lobby into a winter landscape, where employees pin butterflies for each charitable gift they make.

To kick off the campaign, we turned our Thanksgiving luncheon into a full day of giving -- inviting employees to build a wagon for kids served by the Salvation Army’s Child Development Center. We then loaded them up with fun Honest supplies, including our craft kits, bubble bath, and even a FEED tote for mom.  When the wagons were ready to go, we invited these families to Honest headquarters for dinner and a delightful wagon delivery! Check out some of the festive fun below.  

Wagons were given to the Salvation Army’s Westwood child care center in Los Angeles and to the LifeWorks Transitional Housing in Austin, Texas. 

Next up we’ll be hosting an Honest holiday party for the children living in St. Anne's residential and transitional homes. Together, we’ll be purchasing, wrapping, and personally delivering presents for 80 children and expecting moms. We’ll also be providing the parents of each child with a bag of Honest essentials, to help support basic needs through the holidays.
