Burrata Pizza Pie: Perfect for Dad’s Day!

With Father’s Day right around the corner, I thought we should prep for some celebrations with a Burrata Pizza Pie!

What better way to celebrate dad than with pizza, am I right? Homemade pizza takes almost no time to whip up once you get the hang of it. And there really isn’t anything better in the world than a homemade pizza creation! This one uses homemade dough that couldn’t be easier; but, you can opt for a store bought dough if that’s more your speed – it will be delicious either way! Once your dough is ready, it gets piled with pizza sauce, thinly sliced prosciutto, red pepper flakes, and Burrata cheese. Fried basil goes on top for a little punch of color and voila… dinner is ready!
